Bill Roeschlein, MBA '00 Bill Roeschlein, MBA '00, has been promoted to the position of vice president and corporate controller at Ultra Clean Technology (UCT), a leading developer and supplier of critical subsystems for the semiconductor industry. Roeschlein has served as UCT's corporate controller since March 2004. In this capacity he was responsible for significant improvements in internal controls and reporting while maintaining high standards on all legal and compliance matters. Roeschlein has also been instrumental in pulling forward the reporting on the 2005 10-K and in supporting the writing and finalization of the S-1, recently filed with the SEC. His previous background includes: 14 years of experience in accounting and finance, with six years in public accounting and eight years in high-tech industry positions. Roeschlein currently lives in Fremont, CA.

Nicole (Pollaert) Witt, MBA '96 Nicole (Pollaert) Witt, MBA '96, is founder and executive director of The Adoption Consultancy, a company based in Brandon, Fla., that provides education, information and guidance to help couples adopt a newborn within 3 to 12 months. After graduating from the Johnson School in 1996, Witt spent almost 10 years in strategic marketing roles with Warner Lambert and Eastman Kodak Company. Her personal experience with infertility led her to volunteer in the adoption field and, ultimately, to establish The Adoption Consultancy. "I have finally found my passion. It is unbelievably rewarding to help my clients fulfill their family-building dreams. For the first time in my life, I jump out of bed in the morning and can't wait to get to work," says Witt, who has a BA in computer science from Lehigh University. She resides near Tampa, Fla., with her husband, Chris, and their two children, Breanna and Eric, and she enjoys boating and scuba diving.

Henry Arlin Salmon, MBA '77Henry Arlin Salmon, MBA '77, has received the Louis R. Miller Annual Business Leadership Award, sponsored by the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce. Salmon is currently president of Equity Valuation Associates (EVA), performing commercial, industrial, and residential real estate appraisals, consulting, and feasibility analysis in New York and New Jersey. Salmon notes that both EVA and his brother's companion company, Salmon Real Estate, "have a commitment to being honest and forthright, dealing truthfully and earnestly with clients, not to mention a devoted staff of employees, many of whom have worked for either company for over 20 years." Both EVA and Salmon Real Estate have been active in the New York real estate market since 1956. Henry and his wife, Linda Salmon, live in North Edison, NJ.
